Interested candidates can download the format of application from the below link or Nigam website www.upbsn.org or they can also obtain from the below address of UPBSN during office hours on all working days. Candidates have to submit their application on the prescribed form along with self attested photocopies of experience, Caste certificate (SC/ST and OBC), academic qualifications and two recent passport size photographs.
Applications on the prescribed format and should reach to Joint Managing Director U.P. Bhumi Sudhar Nigam, TC/19V, Vibhuti Khand, Gomati Nagar, Lucknow-226010 till 13 January 2014 (5.00PM) through registered/ speed post/ by hand in sealed envelope.
