Bihar SSC Notified Recruitment for 1326 Trained Home Guards & Ex-servicemen Posts 2013

    Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) invited application for recruitment to the post of Trained Home Guard and Ex servicemen. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 11 November 2013.

    • Closing Date for Registration: 11 November 2013

    Details of Posts

    • Ex-servicemen: 751 Posts
    • Trained Home Guard: 575 Posts

    Total Number of the Posts: 1326 Posts

    Educational Qualification: The candidate must attain Matriculation or Class 10th Pass from any recognized institute and Boards.

    Age Limit (01 August 2013)

    The minimum age for both the posts is 18 years however, the maximum age limit varied as per the post. A relaxation is offered as per the govt. rules and regulation.

    Ex-servicemen: 45 years

    Trained Home Guard: 37 Years

    Pay Scale: Rs 5200-20200/- PB-1 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-

    Application fee: The candidates belonging to General/OBC category have to submit Rs. 300/- while candidates belonging to SC/ST category have to submit Rs 75/-

    How to Apply

    The online registration for the posts starts from 18 October 2013 and end on 11 November 2013. Eligible candidates have to send their online application before the last date in the prescribed format.

    Selection Process

    The candidates have to selected on the basis of their performance in written and Medical examination.
