TEDxSRCC features a Groundbreaking Lineup of leaders at ‘chanGEMakers’ Ball’ 30th September and 1st October 2024

 The two-day TEDx Fest hosted Gajendra Verma, Kaka Ji, Shantanu Deshpande, Rahul Chaudhary, Rishab Sawhney, Jai Singh, Legal Baba, and Rajat Mathur. They shared their inspiring thoughts, holding the power to change the opinions of the audience.

Day 1 Highlights

Mr. Rajat Mathur: MD of Morgan Stanley

The first speaker, Rajat Mathur, captivated the audience with his journey through three decades of experience in Human Resources. He shared insights from his time as Asia Head of Talent for Morgan Stanley and his experiences as a mountaineer and author. His talk emphasized the importance of resilience and adventure in both personal and professional lives, leaving the audience inspired and motivated. 

Mr. Rishab Sawhney: A Versatile Actor

Next, award-winning actor Rishab Sawhney took the stage, recounting his remarkable journey from pursuing a B.Tech to becoming a leading actor in the Indian film industry. His passion for acting and entrepreneurial ventures resonated with the audience, highlighting the significance of following one’s dreams and seizing opportunities. 

Legal Baba: influencer with 2.6M+ followers

Following Rishab, Ashish Dawar, aka Legal Baba, shared valuable insights into the Indian legal system. His engaging presentation showcased his commitment to empowering individuals with knowledge about their rights and the complexities of legal matters. 

KAKA ji: Renowned Punjabi Singer

Wrapping up Day 1, KAKA, a star in the Punjabi music industry, took the stage and shared his insights and ideas that inspired the audience. After his TEDx talk, he energized the crowd with his hits like ‘Libaas’ and ‘Temporary Pyaar.’ His performance was met with thunderous applause, marking a perfect end to an inspiring day. 

Day 2 Highlights 

Mr. Shantanu Deshpande: CEO of Bombay Shaving Company

The first speaker of Day 2, Shantanu Deshpande, shared his entrepreneurial journey after his tenure at McKinsey, highlighting his founding of the Bombay Shaving Company. His insights into using technology to solve real-world problems resonated deeply with the audience, setting a tone of innovation for the day. 

Mr. Rahul Chaudhary: The Showman of Kabaddi  

Next, Pro Kabaddi League star Rahul Chaudhary electrified the crowd with his dynamic presence. He shared his remarkable journey from being a defender to becoming a celebrated raider, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and seizing opportunities in life. 

Mr. Jai Singh: The Master Storyteller

Jai Singh took the stage next, enchanting the audience with his storytelling prowess. His ability to evoke emotions through his narratives reminded everyone of the power of love and hope, leaving a lasting impression on attendees. 

Mr. Gajendra Verma: A Musical Journey

The day continued with Gajendra Verma, whose soulful music and heartfelt lyrics struck a chord with everyone present. His performance was a highlight, showcasing the emotional depth and artistry that music can provide.
