The United States on Saturday saw a horrific day with an attack on its former President at a Pennsylvania rally. Yes, what came as a shocking piece of news is that the former president of the United States, Donald Trump, became the target of an assassination attempt on Saturday at a Pennsylvania rally. Calm turned into panic as the former president got hit, and blood started rolling down his face. He was immediately surrounded by the Secret Service. The former president then hurried into his car.
Casualties included a former fire chief and the gunman. Additionally, two other people were also wounded.
Since the incident, various reporters and cameramen have been trying hard to decipher the details. Various pictures and videos of the scene and satellite imagery indicate that the shooter managed to get extremely close to the stage where Trump was speaking.

The event
It was at around 6:02 in the evening when former president Donald Trump took the stage, accompanied by the music of "God Bless the U.S.A". On coming to the stage, the former president waved at the cheering crowd and started his regular rally speech. The spectators were present both in front and on his back.
The attack
It was over 6:10 pm when the officers were told about a man acting suspiciously. It was told that the man was heading towards the magnetometers. He was then climbing a ladder on a building nearby. This has been expressed by a local law enforcement officer who talked on the situation of anonymity as they were not empowered to talk about the investigation. A local officer then managed to climb to the roof, as per Butler County Sheriff Michael Slupe.
The FBI identified a man as Thomas Matthew Crooks (20 years old). Slupe said that the man turned toward the officer just the moment before the officer dropped down to safety.
On the other hand, Trump was showing off the border-crossing numbers when the gunfire started. The moment the very first pop rang out, Trump cried 'Oh". He raises his hand to the ear and takes a look at it. He then crouched to the ground behind his lectern.
Then, in a moment, the Secret Service rushed to the stage and shielded the former president.
Then a 50-year-old former fire chief named Corey Comperatore gets shot and killed. Josh Shapiro, Pennsylvania Gov., expressed that the 50-year-old made use of his body in order to shield his daughter and wife.
Then, the Secret Service counter snipers fire and shoot Crooks. Meanwhile, just after a minute of the shots, Trump gets to his feat. He reached with his right hand over his face. The face of the former president was smeared with blood.

At about 6:50 pm, the Secret Service informed that Donald Trump was safe.
At 8:42 pm, Donald Trump expressed through social media about his safe condition. "I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin," the former president said.
Over 12:10 a.m., the private jet of Trump lands at the Newark Liberty International Airport. Trump then spent the night in his private golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, where.
