Chennai Rains: Exams Postponed in Chennai, Chengalputtu, Thiruvallur and Kanchipuram
Tamil Nadu School Education Department has announced the postponement of half-yearly exams for students residing in highly affected areas-Chennai, Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, and Chengalputtu due to cyclone Michaung.
The authorities will reschedule the exams in these four districts. Whereas, in other regions, they will be administered as planned. Headmasters of particular schools in the affected districts will use their discretion to adjust exam dates based on the state of recovery and will be able to give various sets of question papers as needed.
