JEE Mains 2022 Updates: In a notification, National Testing Agency (NTA) has informed that there will be no JEE Main 2022 application correction facility provided this time for the applicants. Those willing to appear for the exam must fill all the details in the JEE Main application form 2022. In case of any discrepancy in the JEE Mains 2022 application form, NTA will not allow candidates to make changes.
JEE Main 2022 registrations are underway. Applicants appearing for the exam will be able to fill out the JEE Mains application form till 31st March 2022. JEE Main 2022 exam will be conducted in two sessions - April and May.
No Application Correction Facility To Be Provided
After filling out the form, applicants must check all the details carefully as NTA will not provide any correction window after the conclusion of the application process. Students interested are advised to go through the changes and the information bulletin carefully before filling out the online application form.
Registrations will close at 5 pm whereas students can pay the fee online till 11:30 pm on 31st March. JEE Mains 2022 for session 1 will be conducted on 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 April while session 2 will be conducted on 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 May 2022.
JEE Mains 2022 Marking Scheme
This year NTA has introduced many changes in JEE Mains 2022. There will be negative marking in Section B. As per the JEE Mains 2022 exam pattern, Section A will be of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and Section B will contain questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value.
In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be negative marking for both Section A and Section B. “For each question in Section B, enter the correct integer value of the answer using the mouse and the on-screen virtual numeric keypad in the place designated to enter the answer. For Section B, the answer should be rounded off to the nearest Integer.
