UP Board 12th Topper 2020 Interview: Meet UP Board Intermediate Exam 2020 Topper Anurag Malik who has beaten over 27 lakh other students to secure 1st Rank in the UP Board 12th Results 2020 Announced Today. Anurag hails from Baraut where he was part of Shri Ram SM Inter College. In the UPMSP Inter Results 2020 announced today, Anurag scored 485 marks out of 500 to secure 97 per cent. He credits his success to his ‘target-driven’ study plan. Using his intermediate exam success as a foundation, Anurag savours the dream to become UPSC Civil Services Exams and become and become an IAS Office in future.

Anurag hails from Baraut Baghpat district, Uttar Pradesh, and is a son of a shopkeeper. He has attributed his success to UP CM Yogi Adityanath and Deputy CM Dr Dinesh Shrama, under whose guidance UPMSP Board Exams this year were held without any cheating or scams. He also attributed his success to his teachers, mentors at schools as well as parents, who always gave him leeway when it came to household chores to give him ample amount of time for studies.
Secret Behind the Success
In the video interview given to media persons today, Anurag shares his journey from being a small town boy to topping the world’s largest board examination for intermediate or Class 12 students. In the video he shares that a ’target-drive’ study plan helped him secure top honours in the Class 12 Board Exams. During the preparatory phase, he use to devotee 12 to 14 hours for studies, which grew to nearly 18 hours as the exams approached. He also added that to emerge as the topper he gave equal weightage and preparation time to all subjects. He has scored maximum marks in Physics paper i.e. 99 marks. He also topped Baghpat district in the High School Exams two years back; after that he started systematically preparing for the Intermediate Exams with the goal of emerging as the state topper.

As per media reports, using his success in the UP Board 12th Exam 2020 as his foundation, Anurag wants to prepare for UPSC Civil Services Exam and Crack it. In his trade-mark style, he informed media persons that he wants to work for the society and wants to help build a united and responsible India. To do so, he wants to become a 'bada afsar' (a senior offer) by cracking UPSC Civil Services Exam and becoming an IAS Officer.
