At present, abortion is not legal in Florida post the first six weeks of pregnancy. This law took effect on May 1.
Maryland:
Voters in Maryland will be asked to bring the right to abortion in the constitution of the state. The state safeguards the right as per the law. In Maryland, abortion is legal until viability at present.
South Dakota:
The situation in South Dakota is such that the voters will be deciding on a measure that would put a ban on restrictions on abortion in the first trimester of pregnancy.
