Aligarh Muslim University invited applications for recruitment to the post for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant professor. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through the prescribed format on or before 02 July 2016.

Aligarh Muslim University invited applications for recruitment to the post for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant professor. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through the prescribed format on or before02 July 2016.

Under AMU Recruitment 2016, there are 46 faculty Posts out of which 22 Posts are for Associate Professor, 19 Posts are for Professor, 04 posts are for Tutor and 02 Posts are for Assistant Professor.

Eligibility for Professor (Medicine): candidate should have completed MS/MD/PhD In concerned Discipline with 03 years as Associate professor.

Eligibility for Associate Professor (Medicine): candidate should have M.Ch/MS/ MD in concerned discipline with 04-year experience as Assistant Professor.

Eligibility for Tutor Nursing : candidate should have Master’s of Nursing or B.Sc / Post B.Sc in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing education and Administration or equivalent with08 years Teaching and Administrative experience in Nursing.

Eligibility for Assistant Professor (Medicine): candidate should have MD/MS in concerned discipline with requisite post graduation in concerned subject with 03 years teaching experience in recognised medical college.

Eligibility for Professor (Non-Medical): candidate should have PhD in the concerned/Allied discipline with minimum 10 Publications. Candidate should have minimum 10 years experience in Teaching/Research/Industrial Experience, Minimum API as required.

Eligibility for Associate Professor (Non-Medical): candidate should have PhD in the concerned/Allied discipline with minimum 55% at the Master’s Level, should have 05 Publications. Candidate should have minimum 08 years experience in Teaching/Research/Industrial Experience, Minimum API as required.

Eligibility for Assistant Professor (Non-Medical): candidate should have Good Academic record with minimum 55% at Master’s Level and should have qualified NET/SLET/SET.
