Eligibility Criteria
1. Veterinary Pharmacist / Pharmacist-Cum-Dresser
• Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) in Science with Biology as one of the subjects of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent;
• Passed the Two years’ Diploma Course in Veterinary Pharmacy under Board of Veterinary Education, West Bengal or its equivalent recognised by the Board of Veterinary Education, West Bengal or passed in-service abridged (condensed) course on Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy
• Should have knowledge in Bengali or Nepali – Spoken and written
2. Livestock Development Assistant
• Should passed Madhyamik Examination of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, or its equivalent.
• Must have passed one year Certificate Course on Prani Sampad Bikash Prashikshan conducted by the Board of Veterinary Education, West Bengal or its equivalent recognized by the Board of Veterinary Education, West Bengal
• Must be physically fit and capable of hard work and cycling
• Should have knowledge in Bengali or Nepali – spoken and written
3. Surveyor
• Passed Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent
• Certificate of Senior Surveyorship from the West Bengal Survey Institute, Bandel or the National Trade Certificate on Surveyorship from the Industrial Training Institute or its equivalent
• 3 years experience in survey work and d) Knowledge in Bengali or Nepali – spoken and written
Age
• The age should not exceed 40 years as on 1st January 2012
• Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates of West Bengal, by 3 years for BC candidates of West Bengal
• Upto 45 years of age is relaxable for Persons with Disabilities having physical disability of 40% and above
• 2 years is relaxable for candidates who have been in Government service for at least two years
Application Fee: Rs 200 only (Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are exempted from paying any Examination fees)
