Build Strategic Customer Relationships with GoML

At GoML, we build cutting-edge Generative AI, AI/ML, and Data Engineering solutions that help businesses unlock the value of their data, automate intelligently, and create transformative AI-powered experiences.

Our mission is to bridge state-of-the-art AI technology with real-world enterprise applications, helping organizations innovate faster, make smarter decisions, and scale production-grade AI solutions.

We are looking for an AI Engagement Specialist to own and grow relationships with key customers. This role combines Customer Success, Account Management, and engagement leadership, acting as the bridge between customers and GoML’s Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

You will own the customer journey from Sales-to-Delivery handover and onboarding through project delivery, UAT, adoption, renewals, and account expansion. You will ensure engagements remain aligned with customer goals, proactively remove blockers, manage risks and expectations, and drive long-term customer value and growth.

Why You? Why Now?

As enterprises accelerate AI adoption, they need more than technology—they need trusted partners who understand their goals, align stakeholders, anticipate risks, and ensure AI solutions generate measurable business value.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, solving business and delivery challenges, and identifying opportunities to grow strategic accounts.

You should also be curious about technology and interested in understanding how AI, ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, cloud, and related technologies can solve customer problems.

What You’ll Do

First 30 Days: Foundation & Account Understanding

  • Develop a strong understanding of GoML’s Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, AI/ML, and Data Engineering offerings, customers, engagement model, and delivery processes.
  • Understand active accounts, projects, signed Statements of Work, customer goals, use cases, milestones, stakeholders, renewal timelines, risks, and expansion opportunities.
  • Learn how Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Leadership collaborate across customer engagements.
  • Familiarize yourself with customer technical environments, infrastructure, data, access, security, and support dependencies.
  • Build strong internal relationships and understand GoML’s communication, documentation, escalation, and customer engagement standards.
  • Review existing project updates, engagement cadences, UAT plans, adoption status, account health, and customer feedback.

First 60 Days: Customer Engagement & Delivery Alignment

  • Become the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and own communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
  • Establish regular customer check-ins, project status meetings, stakeholder updates, and business reviews.
  • Build trusted relationships across customer business, technical, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Participate in Sales-to-Delivery handovers and ensure smooth project onboarding.
  • Review Statements of Work and ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, outcomes, timelines, and customer expectations.
  • Reconfirm project goals, dependencies, success criteria, communication preferences, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Validate business, data, technical, infrastructure, security, DevOps, access, and support prerequisites before execution.
  • Assess customer technical readiness and identify areas where additional GoML support may be required.
  • Partner with Delivery and Engineering to track progress, resolve blockers, and meet customer commitments.
  • Identify customer concerns, delivery risks, dependencies, and scope gaps early and coordinate resolution.
  • Support UAT planning by aligning customer owners, testing expectations, timelines, sign-offs, and delivery support.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, stakeholder maps, project updates, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Track account health, satisfaction, adoption, escalations, renewal timelines, and growth opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate customer insights, delivery challenges, risks, and opportunities internally.

First 180 Days: Strategic Ownership, Adoption & Growth

  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive customer satisfaction, retention, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Act as the customer champion internally, ensuring customer goals, priorities, expectations, and concerns are understood across teams.
  • Maintain living account plans covering goals, use cases, stakeholders, active projects, risks, dependencies, adoption, commercial milestones, renewals, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure continued alignment between signed scope, solution delivery, customer expectations, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify early warning signs of dissatisfaction, delivery delays, adoption challenges, project risks, or churn and coordinate mitigation plans.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations to reduce dependency on individual stakeholders.
  • Conduct structured customer and business reviews covering performance, satisfaction, adoption, risks, value realization, and future priorities.
  • Help customers adopt, operationalize, and scale AI, ML, Generative AI, and Data Engineering solutions.
  • Support post-deployment engagement and ensure solutions continue delivering measurable value.
  • Track UAT completion, customer sign-offs, deployment readiness, adoption, and post-production support needs.
  • Identify new use cases, business challenges, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales to qualify expansion opportunities, manage renewals, support commercial discussions, and shape long-term account strategy.
  • Provide structured customer feedback to Engineering, Delivery, and Leadership to influence solution and roadmap priorities.
  • Develop and improve repeatable practices for customer engagement, handovers, project readiness, UAT, risk management, adoption, account reviews, and customer success.
  • Continuously improve customer experience, internal coordination, delivery alignment, retention, and account growth.

About 2gethr

2gethr is a flexible workplace and managed office platform providing modern, experience-led workspace solutions for businesses. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're expanding our focus on enterprise clients, managed offices, and new markets — and building a scalable, profitable business.

About The Role

We're looking for a VP & Business Head to lead business growth, enterprise sales, market expansion, and commercial strategy for 2gethr. This is a business leadership role for a commercially strong operator who can identify new markets, build GTM strategy, launch new locations, acquire enterprise clients, and own revenue, occupancy, and profitability outcomes.

You'll own the full commercial charter: sales strategy, market entry, new office launches, and P&L — working closely with the Founder and leadership team to convert market opportunity into measurable business results.

What You'll Own

  • Sales, Revenue & P&L Own the sales and revenue strategy and the commercial P&L for the managed offices business. Build and manage the enterprise pipeline, lead high-value negotiations and closures, and drive new logos, large workspace mandates, and multi-location deals. Own pricing, deal economics, and margin performance across locations.
  • Market & GTM Strategy Identify and evaluate new cities and markets — demand, competition, pricing, supply, and revenue potential — and build the business case for entry. Develop repeatable GTM playbooks: target segments, value proposition, pricing, and channels. Track market and competitor trends to surface new growth opportunities.
  • New Location Launches Lead commercial readiness for new locations: pre-launch sales pipeline, anchor-client pre-leasing, and revenue/occupancy ramp-up plans. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Design to ensure launch readiness, and track performance against target.

  • Team Leadership Build and lead a pan-India sales organization — structure, territories, targets, and KPIs. Hire and develop sales leaders and BD talent, and establish forecasting, pipeline review, and sales governance

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership, with strong experience in co-working, managed offices, flexi office, serviced offices, or workplace solutions.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, revenue growth, and market/city expansion, including experience launching new locations or markets.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a P&L, with strong command of pricing, margins, profitability, and deal economics.
  • Established network among enterprise clients, GCCs, CXOs, founders, and corporate real estate/workplace decision-makers.
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams across multiple cities or markets.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a market from the ground up.
  • Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability, and execution focus.

The ideal leader should be able to:

Identify the market → Build the GTM → Acquire enterprise clients → Launch the office → Drive occupancy → Scale revenue → Own profitability.

Employee Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage
  • Open leave policy and employee-friendly time-off practices
  • Cab / transportation support
  • Travel support and project-site meals, where applicable

  • Learning, development and upskilling opportunities
  • Career growth and leadership opportunities

ROLE PURPOSE

The Head Chef is a senior multi-store leader responsible for overseeing and elevating Kitchen/ Food Operations across all assigned outlets. As the direct developer of Assistant Managers, the Head Chef is accountable for multi-store optimization of people, systems, financial performance, and culture — creating an environment where every store operates at a consistently high level of quality and stability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Multi-Store Operations Management

  • Ensure consistent quality, speed, and hygiene across Pizza / Kitchen / Dessert sections in all assigned stores.
  • Monitor QC, Speed, COGS, and Hygiene data for each store and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Identify reproducibility gaps between stores and drive standardization efforts.
  • Lead Food Operations setup for new store openings including SOP development, training, and QC systems.
  • Own end-to-end store audit programs across all locations (food / service / cleanliness / safety).
  • Convert audit findings into actionable Kaizen plans with clear owners, deadlines, and verification cycles.
  • Maintain the ability to step into floor, kitchen, or pizza operations hands-on when needed — diagnose bottlenecks, demonstrate the 4P's standard, and coach teams to replicate it.

2. People Development & Leadership Pipeline

  • Develop and coach Assistant Managers to achieve full independence and operational excellence.
  • Build clear growth pathways for Leaders and Trainers within the area.
  • Conduct monthly 1-on-1s, performance evaluations, and career development conversations with AMs.
  • Own succession planning for Food Operations across all assigned stores.
  • Ensure every store has a clear role clarity and capability map — who does what, what 'good' looks like, and what to improve.
  • Drive a positive, inclusive, and motivated team culture aligned with 4P's core values.

3. Strategy Execution & System Scaling

  • Analyze QC, Speed, Cost, and Guest Feedback data to drive area-wide continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain standardized systems across stores — Recipe, SOP, QC frameworks, and training tools.
  • Lead operational design for new menus, seasonal items, and special events.
  • Embed 4P's Vision, Mission, and Core Values into all teams within the area.
  • Create, update, and deploy SOPs where they do not yet exist (e.g., opening/closing, guest recovery, inventory control, escalation, hygiene).
  • Build operational tools to drive execution consistency — audit checklists, shift handover templates, daily manager routines, training trackers, and weekly business review formats.

4. Cost & Resource Management

  • Monitor and manage P&L performance across all assigned outlets.
  • Improve food cost, yield, and loss-rate KPIs across all stores.
  • Strengthen order accuracy, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Optimize multi-store shift planning and labor productivity.
  • Oversee equipment usage, maintenance scheduling, and investment recommendations.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive revenue growth across locations.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with Service, SCM, HR, and Admin teams for area-wide operational optimization.
  • Report performance insights and improvement proposals to Country leadership.
  • Act as the bridge between field reality and company strategy — bringing frontline voices into leadership conversations.
  • Coordinate cross-location scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Support new store openings and stabilize post-opening operations by building scalable standards and training systems.

6. Guest Experience

  • Champion an exceptional guest experience culture across all locations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, online reviews, and NPS scores; lead corrective actions where required.
  • Personally handle escalated guest concerns or VIP situations at any location.
  • Actively build relationships with regulars and VIPs, and use guest insights to improve SOPs and operational standards.

ONBOARDING & TRAINING

New joiners will go through a structured 3-month onboarding program:

Month 1–2: Immersive on-the-ground training at a designated outlet — learning 4P's food operations, culture, and quality standards firsthand.

Month 3: Gradual transition into full Head Chef responsibilities with mentorship from the Food Operations Manager.

Ongoing: Regular learning sessions, leadership workshops, and Kaizen improvement initiatives.

Output expectation by Month 3: Deliver first SOP pack + audit checklist + weekly business review routine.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in the F&B, hospitality, or QSR industry.
  • Minimum 4–5 years in a multi-unit or area management role overseeing multiple locations.
