What Is The Selection Process For BSNL SET 2026?

The selection for the Senior Executive Trainee (Direct Recruitment) will be done on the basis of performance of candidates  in the Computer based-Multiple Choice-Objective Type Test which includes sections for aptitude and technical knowledge.

 Candidates receive a score based on their performance in the test. If the exam is held across multiple sessions, a normalization of marks will be applied.
