RSSB Lab Assistant Eligibility
The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has released the Rajasthan Lab Assistant Eligibility in the official notification PDF. The above eligibility and educational qualifications for the State Forensic Science Laboratory are the same for the posts of Laboratory Assistant (Photo), Laboratory Assistant (Other than Photo), and Junior Laboratory Assistant. |

Rajasthan Lab Assistant Eligibility 2026: Nationality
To be eligible, a candidate must be a:
(a) Must be a citizen of India, or
(b) A subject of Nepal, or
(c) A subject of Bhutan, or
(d) A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1-1-1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, and the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, and Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Aspirants must be in good mental and physical health and must be free from any mental or physical defect that may interfere with the efficient performance of duties for the post. If selected, they will be required to submit a medical fitness certificate issued by the competent authority.

The applicant must have such character as to qualify them for appointment to the post. They must submit a certificate of good character from the Principal/Education Officer of the University, School, or College where they last attended school and two certificates from the responsible person, not earlier than six months from the date of applications and not from a relative of the candidates.
