AP ICET 2nd Counselling 2026: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will declare the schedule for AP ICET Phase 2 (Round 2) Counselling 2026 anytime soon. Eligible candidates, which include those applying for seat upgrades, candidates who have not been able to select web options in round 1, and new applicants, will be able to apply and give options through the official website cap.apcfss.in. This includes fresh online registration, non-refundable processing fee payment, and digital verification of certificates for the majority of applicants, whereas special category applicants (NCC, CAP, Sports & PH) will have to undertake physical verification from the Help Line Centres.
Applicants are advised to keep important documents handy, which includes their AP ICET 2026 hall ticket, rank card, degree provisional certificate, marks memos, study certificates, transfer certificate, and other income or special category certificates. Besides the counseling schedule, APSCHE will also declare a seat vacancy matrix to help aspirants in choosing their web options effectively. In order to get a better chance of getting a seat in MBA or MCA college, aspirants are advised to consider college options and check eligibility for courses.

Process of Registration & Payment of Fees: New aspirants have to register themselves through cap.apcfss.in and make payment of non-refundable processing fee (₹1,200 for OC/BC; ₹600 for SC/ST).

Document Verification: Document verification process for newly registered aspirants. For special category aspirants (NCC/CAP/Sports/PH), this process will be done through Help Line Centers (HLCs).

Online Web Option Entry: Candidates can log in by providing their ICET Hall Ticket No and DOB to apply for colleges and specialization courses.
