CBSE Re-evaluation Window for Class 12 2026 Results Now Open on postresult.cbseit.in/pvr, How to Apply, Fees, Process and Important Dates Here

The Central Board of Secondary Education has commenced the CBSE answer sheet re-evaluation process for class 12 students. Candidates who have obtained the scanned copies of the answer sheets can now submit the applications for the re-evaluation of those subjects. To submit the applications, students are required to visit the official website - postresult.cbseit.in/pvr. 

Candidates must note that applications will be considered only for students who have submitted scanned copies of their Class 12 answer sheets. Re-evaluation applications will not be considered for those candidates who have not obtained the scanned copies.

According to the notification shared, the last date for candidates to submit their CBSE 12th re-evaluation and verification applications for the answer sheet re-evaluation process is June 6, 2026. Students must submit the requisite fee of Rs. 100/- per answer book for verification of issues observed and Rs.25/- per question for re-evaluation when submitting the applications.

CBSE Class 12 Re-Evaluation: Steps to Follow

Candidates can check below the detailed steps to submit the applications for the answer sheet re-evaluation

Step 1: Already Applied for Photocopy

Such candidates are eligible to apply for the re-evaluation process.

Step 2: Login

Énter the roll number and admit card ID

Step 3: Select Verification and Re-Evaluation

Choose the verification and re-evaluation option from the dashboard

Step 4: Select Application Type

Choose the type of applications - Verification Online, Re-evaluation only, Both re-evaluation and verification. Candidates can apply once, and no modifications are allowed after the final submission

Step 5: Fill Details

Enter the details as per the application type selected

Step 6: Payment

Submit the fee as required

Step 7: Application Submitted

Step 8: Check status

Details to Remember for CBSE 12th Verification and Re-Evaluation

In verification of issues observed in the supplied scanned copy of the answer book, a request can be made for the resolution of any of the following issues:- 

a. Missing Pages 

b. Missing Supplementary Sheet(s) 

c. Missing Map(s) or Graph(s) 

d. Blurred pages 

e. Answer-book of some other student 

f. Answer-book evaluated against the marking scheme of a different set 

Candidates can select one or more facilities from the above, which may also be availed for one or more subjects for which scanned copies were obtained. Candidates must also ensure that they have selected all issues for verification across all subjects before submitting their application. Students must also make sure they complete the re-evaluation and verification application process before the given deadline. It must also be noted that the applications will not be considered as submitted without the application fee.
