Karnataka UGCET 2026 Round 3 Allotment, 24,283 Engineering Seats Vacant

Karnataka UGCET 2026: Karnataka Examinations Authority has concluded the Karnataka UGCET 2026 third round seat allotment process. As per the notification issued by KEA, the third and final round of seat allocation process for courses including engineering have been completed and the remaining seats have been handed over to the respective college governing boards. 

As per the numbers available 24,283 seats for all types of engineering courses and 252 seats for architecture courses remain unallocated. Apart from Engineering, highest number of seats remaining are in the Nursing courses. From a total of 36,238 seats, only 13,407 seats have been allocated, leaving 22,832 seats vacant.

Karnataka UGCET 2026 Seats Remaining

According to the numbers shared, all 366 seats in the Veterinary course have been allocated. The remaining seats include 489 seats in Pharmacy course, 22 in BPT course, 20 in Agriculture and related courses and 2,465 in BSc AHSS. 214 seats remain to in the Yoga and Naturopathy courses from a total of 520 seats.

Those allotted seats in the third round of counselling can submit their documents and complete the admission process until September 11, 2026. It must also be noted that since admissions in the third and final round is compulsory everyone allotted seats must make sure they complete the admission process s per the deadline.

The last date for candidates to confirm their admission and submit the fee was September 10, 2026. Students have been advised to download the seat confirmation slip and report to the allotted colleges on or before 6 PM on September 11, 2026.
