Students eligible to apply for the mop-up round counselling can complete their WBJEE counselling mop-up round registration and choice filling at wbjeeb.nic.in.
Candidates can modify and lock their choices on August 7, 2024. The mop-up round allotment results will be announced on August 9, 2024. Students allotted seats in the mop-up round can report to the colleges for admissions from August 9 to 12, 2024.

Students allotted seats in the mop-up round must carry the following documents with them when reporting for admissions
- WBJEE rank card.
- WBJEE provisional allotment letter
- Confirmation page of WBJEE 2024
- Class 10 admit card
- Class 10 mark sheet for English subject mark verification
- Caste certificate (for reserved candidates)
- Physically challenged certificate for PwD category candidates
- Income certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile certificate (if applicable)
- JEE Main 2024 result (if applicable)
- ‘Yes upgradation’ or ‘no upgradation’ option form
