Graduate in any discipline from a govt. recognized University.
Pay Scale:
Commercial Assistant-I: PB-2 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2400
Commercial Assistant-II: PB-2 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1900
Emoluments/Salary: Selected candidates would be appointed as Probationer Trainee for a period of two years, during which Commercial Assistant – I will get fixed remuneration of Rs.7900 per month and Commercial Assistant – II will get fixed remuneration of Rs.6100 per month. On successful completion of the training, Commercial Assistant – I will get Rs.9840 and Commercial Assistant – II will get Rs.7580 (initial basic pay + grade pay) per month besides other allowances.
Fees: Non- refundable application fee has to be deposited in concerned Nigam’s Bank Account in any branch of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, through prescribed challan.

Log on to any of these websites
In the recruitment section open Notification titled “Vidyut Nigam Recruitment - 2012”. Take a print out of the “Fees Payment Challan”, fill it and deposit the prescribed application fee in any of the bank account of Nigam (mentioned in the notification) in any of the branch of the State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur and collect applicant's copy of the Challan.
Re-login to the Recruitment Page of the same website and select "Online Application for Vidyut Nigam Recruitment - 2012". Fill in the form along with details of the Challan, upload scanned photograph & signature and submit the application.
• The candidate should choose carefully name of the company, in which he/she wish to apply. No second option will be provided to change the Company.
• Candidates should have a valid personal email ID as call letters for written test, verification of documents etc might be done through the registered email ID.
• Original counterfoil of the fee payment challan will have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of written test.
• The printout of online application will have to be submitted along with the attested copies of other certificates /documents, as applicable, at the time of document verification.
• Candidates should keep a copy of the print out of online application and fee payment challan for reference.
Selection Procedure: Selection would be done on the basis of candidate performance in written examination.
A candidate can apply in one Company only as the common written competitive examination would be conducted for both the posts. There shall be one common question paper consisting of 2 parts, however exam will be conducted separately for all the 3 Power Sector Companies at different centre on the same date and time, as such a candidate can appear in exam for only one Company.
