Eligibility Criteria for PRT, TGT, PGT and Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• PGT - Two years’ Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject; Or Master Degree from a recognized University with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects; B.Ed. or equivalent degree from recognized university; Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media.
• PGT (Computer Science)/ Computer Instructor- B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc./BCA/MCA or equivalent in respective subject from a recognized university.
• TGT - Four years’ Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate.
• PRT- Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and should be CTET qualified.
• Sports Coach - Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent; Bilingual (Hindi/English) competence.
• Yoga Tr.- Graduation in any subject or equivalent from recognized University; One year training in Yoga from a recognized Institution.
• Dance / Music Expert- Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks OR Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and Bachelor degree in Music/Dance/Instrument or equivalent; Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks OR Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and Bachelor degree in Music/Dance/Instrument or equivalent; Bilingual (Hindi/English) competence in teaching.
• Art & Craft Expert - Five years recognized diploma in Drawing & Painting / Sculpture/ Graphic Art Or Equivilent recognized degree; Bilingual (Hindi/English) competence.
• Medical Doctor- MBBS alongwith with Registration with Medical Council of India.
• Staff Nurse- B.Sc. Nursing /Intermediate and Three years Diploma in GNM Nursing or equivalent.
• Counselor - B.A./B.Sc.(Psychology) with certificate of Diploma in Counseling.
