Mrs. Charu Kapoor is the Country Director at NIIT Foundation, a not-for-profit education society established by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. With over 30 years of experience in the education sector, she brings strong expertise in managing large-scale operations and building effective education delivery models.

She has led technology-enabled learning initiatives, including the development of end-to-end digital learning ecosystems to enhance learning outcomes. Mrs. Kapoor has also collaborated with NGOs to create meaningful social impact and continues to work towards expanding access to education and skill development for underserved communities, addressing education and employability challenges at the grassroots level.
