Winter Vacation in UP 2023: Many states have announced winter holidays for government and private schoolgoers. Since we have crossed mid-December, it is the time to take a break from the cold and harsh weather. Schools in Jammu, Rajasthan, Delhi, etc have received orders to remain shut for a particular period. 

Students and parents must be wondering when the will authorities announce Winter Vacation in UP 2024. As per the latest updates,  Due to the cold, the Uttar Pradesh Department of Education's Director General has provided information about winter break.

As per the information, all districts of Uttar Pradesh will have their council schools closed as of December 31, 2023. These days off will be counted toward winter vacation. From December 31, 2023, to January 14, 2024, schools will be closed. Students are granted 15 days off for winter break in this manner.

Hathras schools shall remain closed from 26 December to 31 December. DMs can use their discretion for UP winter holidays 2024 at district levels.

Winter Vacation in UP 2023: Past Year Holidays

 Last time, the government offered a long break of 15 days from December 31 to January 14, 2024. The holidays will likely be provided around this time in UP. The official confirmation is still awaited.

Winter Vacation in Rajasthan Schools 2023

Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has announced the winter vacation for school students. As per the board, the winter break will be started from December 25, 2023 onwards. Parents and students can contact the school administration in case of any confusion.

Winter Vacation in HP Schools 2023

Winter Vacation in Himachal Schools 2023 has also been declared. As per the circular released, schools shall remain closed from January 1, 2024 onwards.
