Asst Manager candidate should have 60% of marks in full time B.E /B Tech in concerned discipline with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the concerned field
Manager /Dy Manager candidate should have 60% of marks in full time B.E /B Tech in concerned discipline with minimum 7 years post qualification experience in the concerned field
Sr Manager: candidate should have graduation degree in concerned discipline with preferably with the MBA with Marketing Management and should have 10 years post qualification marketing experience.
Dy General Manager candidate should have graduation degree in concerned discipline with preferably with the MBA with Marketing Management and should have 13 years post qualification marketing experience.
Refactory Mason candidate should have SSC or Equivalent pass with minimum 5 years experience in any steel industry having expertise in lining reheating furnaces/heat treatment furnaces, furnace arch making, ceramic fibre/module lining and other associated process.
