UPSC CDS 2 Final Result: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final result of Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2018. The final merit list has been prepared on the basis of CDS II 2018 Exam and the interviews.

UPSC had conducted the CDS II Written Exam on 18 November 2018 at various exam centres. A total of 4,729 candidates qualified in the written test.

The total of 100 candidates has been shortlisted by the commission of which 60 candidates are selected for Indian Military Academy, 34 for Indian Naval Academy and 6 for Air Force Academy.  Selected candidates are required forward their certificates, in original, in support of Date of Birth/Educational qualification etc. claimed by them, along with Photostat attested copies thereof to Army Headquarters /Naval Headquarters /Air Headquarters, as per their first choice.

As per the official notification “The results of Medical Examination of candidates have not been taken into account in preparing the merit list. The candidature of all the candidates is Provisional. Verification of Date of Birth and Educational Qualification of these Candidates will be done by Army Head Quarter.”

The commission will announce the marks within 15 days from the date of declaration of final results on the website for 30 days.
