The Combined Defence Services (CDS) Exam is a national-level entrance examination which is the gateway for the recruitment of officers for the Indian Armed Forces, which includes the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force. The Commission used to conduct Combined Defence Services (CDS) Exams twice a year. UPSC CDS 2 Notification 2025 Application Fee
Candidates applying for UPSC CDS posts will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only). As per the notification, candidates for certain categories including Female/SC/ST are exempted from payment of fee. Candidates will have to pay the fee by using Visa/Master/Rupay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment or by using the internet banking facility of any Bank as mentioned in the notification.

UPSC CDS 2 2025 Eligibility
To apply for the Combined Defence Service (CDS) exam, candidates should be a graduate or in the final year of their graduation. Candidates in the final year of graduation will have to submit proof of passing the degree examination at the time of commencement of course.

How To Apply For CDS 2025?
Candidates will have to apply for CDS notification in online mode at the official website of UPSC. Before commencing the application process, candidates should have details of one Photo ID Card viz. Aadhaar Card/Voter Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Any other Photo ID Card issued by the State/Central Government.
