CBSE 12th Result Revaluation 2026: After OSM Chaos, Record 4 Lakh Students Seek 11.31 Answer Sheet Copies

Central Board of Secondary Education is facing increasing pressure during the CBSE 12th Result Revaluation 2026 process after a record number of students requested scanned copies of their evaluated answer sheets. Reports from various sources have also suggested that nearly 4 lakh students applied for access to over 11.31 lakh answer-sheet copies following the declaration of Class 12 board results. The unusually high number of student requests has intensified concerns surrounding the newly implemented On-Screen Marking OSM system. 

Many students have also taken the matter to the social media platform, claiming that the uploaded answer sheets were unclear, incomplete, or did not match their handwriting. Some have complained about the delays and technical difficulties while accessing the revaluation website. The issue quickly became a popular topic among the students preparing for university admissions, with many students and parents questioning the accuracy and transparency of the digital evaluation system, introduced by CBSE. Experts also believe that this sharp rise in answer sheet requests is a direct reflection of the growing anxiety among the students, in turn, raising doubts over fair marking and result verification.
