MHT CET Provisional Merit List 2021: Maharashtra State CET Cell has released the MHT CET 2021 Provisional Merit List on the official website. Candidates who have applied for the MHT CET 2021 Admissions can visit the official website of MHT CET to check the provisional merit list released. Candidates will be able to make changes and submit grievances through the login from November 25 to 27, 2021. Candidates can visit the official website cetcell.mahacet.org or fe2021.mahacet.org to check the MHT CET 2021 provisional merit list. The MHT CET Merit List 2021 being released today is provisional in nature and is being released to give a second chance to the candidates to ensure all the details provided in it are correct. In case of any errors or discrepancies in the details provided in the provisional merit list, candidates are advised to make the necessary changes from 25th to 27th November 2021. After the closing of the window for changes, the MHT CET Final Merit List 2021 will be released on 28th November 2021.

1.1 Lakh Students Registered for Counselling

For the 2021 session, the number of engineering applications for counselling process has risen drastically, especially for branches such as artificial intelligence and data science. According to the tentative estimates shared by the State CET Cell, approx. 1.1 lakh students have registered for MHT CET 2021 Counselling for BE and BTech programmes. In comparison to these, the number of engineering seats on offer in the state has only grown by 40% overall in traditional engineering domains including mechanical, civil and electrical engineering courses.
