Educational Qualification:
- Head (Operations)-PG degree in Management MBA; Graduate Degree in any discipline.
- Manager (Operations)-PG Degree in Management/MBA or Degree in Engineering.
- Deputy Manager (HR) Western Region- 2 years full time MBA (HR).
- Deputy Manager (SAP)-Full time Engineering Graduate in IT/CS. MCA.
- Assistant Manager (Legal Services)-BA LLB, B.Sc.LLB, B.Com LLB, BBA.LLB of 5 year’s of duration.
Age Limit for Managerial Posts
- Head (Operations)-40 Years/45 Years/50 Yeas
- Manager (Operations)-37 Years/40 Years/45 Years
- Deputy Manager (HR) Western Region/ Deputy Manager(SAP) – 32 Years
- Assistant Manager (Legal Services)-27 Years
