Educational Qualification:

• Assistant Manager [Corporate Social Responsibility]: 2 years full time MBA [HR] / MSW.
• Deputy Manager - [Health, Safety & Environment and Sustainable Development]:  Full Time Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with minimum 1 Year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Govt. recognized institute.
• Deputy Manager [Official Language and Administration]: Full Time/Part Time MA [Hindi] with English as a subject at the Degree Level.
• Deputy Manager [Administration]: 2 year Full-Time Post Graduate Degree in Management/ Hospitality Management/MBA/MSW (excluding part time/correspondence). Graduation in any discipline with Diploma of Minimum 1 year duration in Hospitality Management or in related discipline. (excluding part time/correspondence). Graduate Degree in Any Discipline.
• Assistant Manager [HR & Administration]: 2 years full time MBA [HR] / MSW. 2 Years Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management [HR].
• Deputy Manager [Sales] – Freight Forwarding: 2 years full time regular Post Graduate Degree in Management/ MBA (excluding part time / correspondence). Graduation in Any Discipline with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (Minimum 1 Year Duration) in Sales & Marketing / Logistics or in related discipline (excluding correspondence/ Distance learning). Graduate Degree in Any Discipline.
