BPSC Apply Online 2024: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has started accepting online applications for 70th BPSC CCE vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates can fill out the online applications for 1957 (70 new vacancies added) vacancies after visiting onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in. The online applications have been started on the official website on September 28, 2024 and the candidates will be able to apply online till October 18, 2024 (Extended till November 4, 2024)

How to apply online for BPSC 2024

The BPSC application process consists of two parts, i.e., Part-I (Registration) and Part-II (Candidate’s Login). Aspirants must follow the steps below to complete the BPSC apply online 2024 process with ease.

Registration is the first step in the BPSC application process. Here is a step-by-step guide to completing the registration process with ease.

Step 1: Go to the official BPSC website, i.e., onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on “One Time Registration” button to register their candidature. 

Step 3: The registration form will be displayed. Now, enter the basic details, i.e., the name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, Aadhaar number, etc., to complete the registration process.

Step 4: Click on “Submit Registration Form” button to complete the registration process.

After the BPSC registration process is over, all registered applicants should fill out the valid details to complete the BPSC application process.

Step 1: Log in with a valid email ID, mobile number, and password in the online system. 

Step 2: Enter all the required details in the BPSC online form.

Step 3: Upload the photograph and signature in the specified format.

Step 4: Preview the information in the online form and pay the application fees.

BPSC Application Fees 2024

The candidates who are submitting the online application need to pay application fees as per their category. The fee for the general category is Rs 600 and for reserved categories it is Rs 150. Check the table below for category-wise fees.

BPSC Eligibility Criteria 2024

BPSC has released eligibility criteria along with the notification pdf. The candidates who have completed their graduation from recognised universities and are between 20 and 37 years of age are eligible to apply online. Check the table below for the required age limit. 

BPSC Selection Procedure 2024

The candidates in the BPSC will be selected based on their performance in prelims, mains and interviews. The 70th BPSC prelims exam pattern consists of one objective type paper, i.e., General Studies.
The maximum mark in the prelims exam is 150 marks with a time duration of 2 hours. Also there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer marked.

BPSC Prelims Exam Pattern 2024

Candidates applying for the announced vacancies must familiarise themselves with the BPSC exam pattern 2024 to understand the question format, number of subjects, and marking scheme defined by the commission.
