Highlights of LIC AAO 2019 Preliminary Exam
- The paper was conducted in Online Mode across different cities.
- It is compulsory to carry Admit Card with affixed Photograph on it and Original ID proof alongwith its photocopy as well. Candidates are required to bring one ball point pen also.
- There is NO NEGATIVE MARKING for wrong answers
- English Language test was of qualifying nature and the marks in English Language will not be counted for ranking.
- The questions were in bilingual except English Language.
- 20 minutes is allowed for each section.

Important Points to Remember after LIC AAO 2019 Preliminary Exam
1. Phase-II: Main Examination
Based on the performance in Prelims Exam, candidates will be shortlisted for LIC AAO 2019 Mains Exam which is scheduled to be conducted on 28th June 2019. Main examination will consist of objective tests for 300 marks and descriptive test for 25 marks. Both the objective and descriptive tests will be online. The objective test will have separate timing for every section. Candidates will have to answer descriptive test by typing on the computer. Descriptive test will be administered immediately after the completion of the objective test.

2. Phase-III: Interview
Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview and marks obtained in Main Examination + marks obtained in Interview will be considered for final merit listing of candidates.
3. Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination/ Final Selection:
Shortlisted candidates in final merit list will have to undergo Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination and if found medically fit, will be offered appointment.
