The candidates are paid in the pay band II (Rs. 9300- 34800/-) with Grade pay of Rs. 4600/- for the post. The initial take home salary of the candidates is Rs. 40000/- pm. Which would include HRA, DA, TA and other allowances.
Promotion Policy of Assistant in CVC
The job in the CVC generally includes desk and files related works and there are fixed hours along with chances of postings in New Delhi headquarters, which makes it a preferable choice among the aspiring candidates. The candidates also have a good prospect of getting promoted in the commission as well.
- After 7-8 years of their services the candidates could get posted as Section Officers.
In another 2-3 years’ time they can start getting up the ladder fast. They can get up to the post of Under Secretary real quick.
