SSC JE exam is for the recruitment of engineer in various governments departments and is conducted by SSC once in a year. This exam is most awaited and most sought exam among the engineering graduates. The eligibility for this exam is an engineering degree with the Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical branch. The selection of the eligible candidates is done based on their score in written examination: Objective type and conventional type. The selected candidates are posted under Central water commission, CPWD, Department of post and MES generally. For various reasons, SSC JE 2016 is still in progress as the Paper-2 exam is to be conducted in June.
