MFL entered into an agreement with Indian Potash on 15 April 2010 to manufacture 20-20-0-13 (N-P-K-S) complex for Indian Potash. The product will be branded for Indian Potash. The raw materials will be imported by Indian Potash at its own cost. Indian Potash will also pay the conversion cost to MFL. The annual production is expected to be 2 lakh tonnes of complex fertilisers. It is currently producing about 7000 tonnes a month.
