CAT Result 2021 Declared at iimcat.ac.in, Get Direct Link to Download IIM-CAT Scorecard

CAT Result 2021 Released: IIM Ahmedabad has announced the result for the CAT in online mode. Candidates can check IIM CAT 2021 results online via the official website i.e. iimcat.ac.in. The CAT 2021 Result is also available here on this page. Candidates who appeared in the IIM CAT exam will be required to use their login credentials such as user ID and password to check result.

After the release of CAT 2021 result cum scorecard result, the IIMs will start the process for admission to 2022-23 batch on the basis of cut-offs to select candidates for the WAT-PI round.

How to check the CAT 2021 Result?

Candidates will be able to access the CAT result 2021 using their CAT login id and password. The CAT result 2021 link has been activated at the official IIM CAT website, iimcat.ac.in. Check here the steps to know how to download CAT result 2021 - 

• Step 1 - Go to the IIM CAT official website - iimcat.ac.in.
• Step 2 - On the homepage, click on the ‘CAT Result’ link.
• Step 3 - Login using the CAT user ID and password.
• Step 4 - Click on the ‘IIM CAT Score Card’ tab.
• Step 5 - The CAT result 2021 will be displayed on the screen.
• Step 6 - Download CAT result-cum-scorecard. 

The CAT result is expected to include details such as - CAT 2021 registration number/user Id, date and time of exam, overall scaled score, section-wise marks, percentile obtained, and candidate’s personal information. Candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned in the CAT 2021 scorecard. In case of any error or mistakes, they can contact the authorities. 

What After the Release of CAT Result 2021? 

After the announcement of IIM CAT result, the authorities will start the admission process. IIM's will release the cutoff individually and the IIM shortlisting will begin, based on individual cut offs. Only those candidates who will qualify for the CAT 2021 will be eligible to participate in the IIMs admission process. Along with the candidates’ performance in the CAT exam 2021, the shortlisting of students will also be done based on Personal Interview, Written Ability Test/ Group Discussion.  

About Common Admission Test (CAT)

Common Admission Test (CAT) is conducted for MBA admissions at IIM and many other prestigious B-schools across the country. The entrance exam is conducted as a computer-based test every year and approximately 2,29,969 students register for it. Around 1.92 lakh candidates appeared for the CAT 2021 exam out of 2.3 lakhs registered candidates. The overall attendance was approximately 83%.
