CBSE Class 12 Result 2021-22: As per the recent updates, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon declare the result of term 1 class 12th students in online mode. Students can go to the official website - cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in or jagranjosh.com/results to check term 1 CBSE 12th result 2022 for Arts, Commerce and Science. However, as of now, the officials have not announced any date yet. To check the CBSE term 1 12th result, students will have to enter their roll number, date of birth, school number, centre number and admit card ID in the login window.
For term 1 CBSE 12th result 2021-22, the authorities will release it only in the form of marks for each subject just like class 10th. Further, no student will be failed in the CBSE 1st term exam. After the declaration of result, the term 2 exam will begin on 26th April. The CBSE class 12th 1st term exams were held from 1st to 22nd December 2021.
How To Check CBSE 12th Result 2021-22 Term 1 Exam?
To check the CBSE 12th term 1 result for Arts, Science and Commerce, students have to use the login credentials. There is a possibility that the board will send the marks of the students to the respective schools. In that case, they need to contact their schools to know the marks secured in CBSE 12th Term 1 exam. Those who appeared in the term 1 exam can check and download the CBSE result 2022 for class 12th by following the steps given below -
- 1st Step - Go to the official website of CBSE - cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in.
- 2nd Step - On the new page, click on the Result tab.
- 3rd Step - Now, click on - CBSE 12th term 1 result.
- 4th Step - A new login window will be displayed on the screen.
- 5th Step - Enter roll number, date of birth and other required credentials in the login window and click on the submit tab.
- 6th Step - CBSE 12th result for term 1 (Science, Commerce and Arts) will appear on the screen.

As per the question paper of CBSE term 1, there were Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each question carried one mark and there was no negative marking in the CBSE class 12th term 1 exam. According to this, students can calculate their marks. However, the Central Board of Secondary Education has not specified how they will calculate CBSE results for term 1.
As previously announced, the Term 1 result does not include any pass or fail certificate and the board will only release the mark sheet cum passing certificate. The final result will only be released after the CBSE Term 2 exams. Therefore, the performance can be evaluated only after the declaration of the CBSE 12th Term 2 result.
CBSE Class 12th Term 1 Result 2021-22 Weightage
As per a notification released by CBSE earlier, each term will hold a minimum 50% weightage in the final CBSE Class 12th result 2022 - the ratio in which it will be used depends on the mode of the Term 2 examination. The marks of the offline MCQ based term 1 exam and the internal assessment will be combined and shared by the board.
However, if talking about the CBSE 10th result, the board stated, “To address the difficulty level between the two sets of Question Papers in Term-I examinations, needful action will be taken at the time of preparation of the final result. The weightage of Term-I and Term-II will be decided at the time of declaration of Term-II result and accordingly, the final performance will be calculated.”
