JEE MAINS 2025: NTA reschedules today's exam for 114 candidates following technical issues at a Karnataka center

JEE Main 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has changed the date for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main)-2025 Session 1 for some candidates. This change was made because of a technical issue at an exam center in Karnataka. Only a few candidates are affected by this rescheduling.

JEE Main 2025: What Happened?

• A technical snag occurred at the eTalent Examination Center in Bengaluru, Karnataka, on January 22, 2025.
• The affected center is located at No. 3, Belmar Estate, Nagasandra Main Rd, Amaravathi Layout, Nagara Bavi, Nalagadderanahalli, Peenya, Bengaluru.
• This issue impacted 114 candidates who were scheduled for the Shift-1 exam on the same day.

JEE Main 2025: What's Next?

• The affected candidates will now appear for the rescheduled exam on January 28th or 29th, 2025.
• Fresh admit cards will be issued to these candidates in due course.
• Candidates are advised to keep checking the official NTA website for updates and to download their new admit cards once they are available.

JEE Main 2025: Official Notification

According to the official NTA statement:

"Due to an unavoidable reason of technical snag in Examination Centre Talent, No. 3, Belmar Estate, Nagasandra Main Rd, Amaravathi Layout, Nagara Bavi, Nalagadderanahalli, Peenya Bengaluru, Karnataka, during the conduct of JEE (Main)-2025 Session-I (Shift-I) Examination on January 22, 2025, the examination for 114 affected candidates has been rescheduled and will be conducted on January 28/29, 2025. These candidates will be issued fresh admit cards along with other candidates scheduled to appear on the above-mentioned dates."
