NEET UG 2024 Counselling : The Medical Counselling Committee has commenced the NEET UG counselling 2024 registration process today, August 14, 2024. Students who have cleared their NEET UG exams can register for the online counselling process through the link on the official website. Students must participate in the counselling process to be allotted seats for admission. A total of three counselling rounds will be conducted followed by a stray vacancy round.

NEET UG Counselling 2024 registration and application link is available on the official website mcc.nic.in. To register, candidates must make sure they have a valid email id and mobile number. Registration is also mandatory for students to participate in the first round of counselling. The last date for students to complete the NEET UG counselling registration and fee payment process is August 20, 2024.

Only those candidates who complete the NEET UG counselling registration will be able to fill in the choices for the first round of allotment. The NEET UG counselling choice filling window will open on August 16 and will be available until August 20, 2024. 

NEET UG first round allotment result 2024 will be available on August 23, 2024. Students allotted seats as per their choices must report to colleges for admissions from August 24 to 29, 2024. 

NEET UG 2024 Counselling Round 1 Registration Process

The NEET UG 2024 counselling registration process for round 1 is now live online. Candidates must complete the registration process in the online mode only. Follow the steps provided below to register for the counselling process.

Step 1: Visit the official website of NEET UG

Step 2: Click on NEET UG counselling

Step 3: Login using the roll number, password and security pin

Step 4: Complete the online registration and fee payment process

Step 5: Upload all necessary documents for the verification process

Step 6: Save and login to fill out the choices for allotment

NEET UG 2024 Counselling Registration Fee

*UR candidate opting for Central Universities/ AFMC/ ESI will pay Rs. 1000/-+ Rs. 10,000= Rs. 11,000 at the time of registration

*Any SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidate will pay Rs. 500 + Rs.5,000 = Rs. 5,500 at the time of registration

NEET UG 2024 Counselling Reservation Policy

The Reservation policy for 15% All India Quota MCC UG Seats is as follows. 

• SC - 15%
• ST - 7.5%
• OBC (Non Creamy Layer) -  27%
• EWS - 10%
• PwD Horizontal Reservation - 5%
