According to the detailed schedule provided on the website, the application process for Phase 2 of SAMS Odisha DHE Degree Admission 2019 began on 25th August 2019. Candidates seeking to participate in the Spot Admission Process had to fill the Online Common Application Form (CAF) by visiting official website www.samsodisha.gov.in. Last Date to apply for Spot Admission in Phase 2 was 31st August 2019. After completing the online process, candidates had to submit a hard copy or printout of the online applied CAF at any Degree SAMS Resource Center along with supporting documents by 4th September 2019. Following completion of these processes, Publication of merit list of Phase-II was to be done today i.e. on 10th September 2019.
