Why Local Student Felicitations Create a Long-Term Impact?

These felicitations or award ceremonies create a long-term impact on the students, which are as follows:-

• Publicly awarding monetary incentives directly to rural students often bridges the transition gap between higher secondary school and professional degree programs like engineering, law, medicine, and arts, preventing dropouts due to college entry fees.
• Inviting parents onto the stage acknowledges the domestic support systems of students from agrarian and daily-wage families, developing community pride and boosting retention rates in higher education.
