Age Limit:-

Assistant Manager - 40 years
Assistant Engineer- 35 years
Senior Manager- 45 years
Executive- 35 years

Educational Qualification for Assistant Manager/Engineer and other Posts

Assistant Manager/Engineer- The candidate should be BE/ B.Tech in respective Discipline.

Industrial Safety- Mechanical / Electrical Engg. preferably with Diploma / Experience in Industrial Safety.
ERP- IT/ Electronics & TeleComm./ Computer Sc
Materials Mgt.- Mechanical/ Electrical Engg. preferably with Diploma / Experience in Materials Mgt.

Sr. Manager /Asst. Manager / Executive

For Senior Manager, Assistant Manager, Executive (F&A)- The candidate should have done CA/CMA/MBA in Finance.
For Executive (Security)- Candidate must be Graduate
For Executive (Legal)- Candidate must have Degree in Law (LL.B)
For Executive (Personnel)- The candidate should have Two years full time Post graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA in Personnel Management / HRM/ HRD /Industrial Relations / MSW / Social Welfare & Labour Welfare from a recognized University.

Experience Criteria for Assistant Manager/Engineer and other Posts

Assistant Manager- 05 years of experience is required in the relevant field.
Assistant Engineer- 02 years of experience is required.
Senior Manager(F&A)- 15 years of experience is required.
Assistant Manager (F&A)- 05 years of experience required.
Executive Security, Legal, Personnel - 02 years of experience is required.
