Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Additional General Manager: candidate should have completed Degree in Engineering/Technology with minimum 60 percent marks and MBA Specialization in Materials Management/Production Management/Operation Management/Supply Chain Management from a recognised university. Candidate should have minimum 17 years post qualification experience.
Deputy General Manager: candidate should have completed Degree in Engineering/Technology in Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 60 percent marks and MBA Specialization in Materials Management/Production Management/Operation Management/Supply Chain Management from a recognised university. Candidate should have minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
