CISF Constable Driver Eligibility Criteria 2025: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has released the eligibility criteria for the constable driver posts along with the notification pdf. The eligibility criteria for CISF constable comprise educational qualifications, age limit, nationality, physical standards, etc. 

Candidates applying for the announced vacancy must go through the requirements, such as educational qualifications and age limits. If the recruitment body finds that the details provided by candidates are wrong, then it will lead to the disqualification of their candidature. The candidates applying for the Constables/Driver & Constables/Driver-Cum-Pump-Operator should be between the ages of 21 and 27. Along with fulfilling the age criteria, the candidate should have passed matriculation or equivalent qualification from the board and the candidate must have a valid driving license.

Note that the online applications are invited from male candidates only.

CISF Constable Age Limit 2025

As per the official notification pdf, the candidates applying for the announced vacancies must be between the ages of 21 and 27 years. The crucial date for determining the age limit will be the closing date for receipt of online applications from the candidates, i.e., February 22, 2025, including for the candidates of the North East region. The relaxation in age will also be given to reserved category candidates as per the government guidelines.

CISF Constable Educational Qualification 2025

The candidates applying for the announced vacancies must have passed matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognised board. Educational certificates other than those issued by the State Board/Central Board should be accompanied by a notification from the Government of India declaring that such qualification is equivalent to a matriculation or 10th class pass for service under the Central Government.

CISF Constable Driving License

Other than educational qualification and age limit, the candidate must have valid driving license. 

The driving licenses that will be accepted by the recruitment authority are listed below:

  • Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle (HMV/TV)
  • Light Motor Vehicle
  • Motor cycle with gear

CISF Constable Driver Recruitment 2025: Required Experience

The candidates must have 3 years of driving experience in heavy motor vehicles or transport and motor cycles. The experience for above driving shall be calculated from the date of issuance of the respective licenses. The cut-off date shall be the closing date of receipt of the application, i.e., February 22, 2025.
