University of Delhi (DU) issued notifications for 552 posts of Associate Professor and Professor. Interested Candidates can apply for the posts until 28 March 2017.
Candidates who are willing to apply for the post of Professor should be an eminent scholar with PH.D in relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. A minimum of ten years of teaching experience is required in University/College or experience in research at the University/National Level institution, including experience of guiding applicants for research at doctoral level.
Associate Professor Candidate should have good academic record with PHD Degree in the concerned disciplines. A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks is required. Candidate should have minimum eight years of experience of teaching /or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
Interested or Eligible candidate can apply for the above posts latest by 28 March 2017. Candidates can filled the application form through online mode. No offline forms would be accepted. Payment should be made online only via credit/debit and net Banking. General Category/OBC candidates are required to pay Rs. 2000/-(non-refundable) and no application fee will be charged from SC, ST, PWD, and Women Candidates. Applicants applying for more than one post/department must apply separately and pay fees separately.
