Eastern Power Distribution Company Notified Recruitment for 6 vacancies 2014

The Eastern Power Distribution Company of A.P. Limited (APEPDCL)issued notification inviting applications from eligible Male candidates only for filling up 6 posts of Watchman with the O&M Service on regular basis in Srikakulam District, Vizianagaram District, Visakhapatnam District, Rajahmundry District, Eluru District and Corporate Office (1 post per area) of APEPDCL. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: must be able to read and write.

Age limit: (as on 16 February 2014)

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 35 years

The candidates can apply for the available vacancies IN ANY ONE OF THE CIRCLES /CORPORATE OFFICE IN APEPDCL, and their candidature shall be considered for thevacancies existing only in that Circle / Corporate Office.

Selection Procedure: Merit list for selection will be prepared on the basis of candidates performance in the Endurance Test (completing a race of 2.5 kms in 13 minutes) followed by service weightage for those qualifying the Endurance test.

Candidates called for verification of certificates will be required to furnish Originals documents.
Application Fees: Non-refundable application fee of Rs.250is to be paid in the form of a (MICR – Magnetic Ink Character Recognize) crossed demand draft.
