Eligibility Criteria for Officer, Senior Officer and Other Posts

Educational Qualification

Factory Medical Officer – MBBS from MCI recognized medical college/Institute preferably with CIH or equivalent course from recognized institution.
Manager / Sr. Engineer (Civil) – B.E / B. Tech (Civil) (full time) Qualification in Construction Management / Project Management is desirable.
Officer (Horticulture) - B.Sc (Horticulture) Green belt area maintenance, Industrial horticulturist skills / achievements.
Dy. General Manager / Chief Manager (Quality Control) - B.Sc (Horticulture) Green belt area maintenance, Industrial horticulturist skills / achievements.
Sr. Engineer / Engineer (Environment) - B.E (Environment) / M. Sc. (Environment) (full time) Diploma in Health & Safety is desirable.
Officer (Dispatch) - Any Graduate (full time) from a recognized university / Institution.
Sr. Officer (Import) - B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) with min 60 % marks with GDMM or MBA in Materials Management from a reputed institute with Dip. in Import.,
Officer / Asst. Officer (Stores) - Diploma (Mechanical) / B. Com with Post Graduation course in Materials Management / Stores Management.
Sr. Officer / Officer (Purchase) - B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) with min 60% marks with Graduate Diploma in Materials Management or MBA in Materials Management from a reputed institute.
