In a felicitation ceremony of the youth who qualified the UPSC Civil Service examination (CSE) 2025, the Chief Minister of Haryana, Nayab Saini, has announced the ‘Chief Minister Youth Talent Encouragement Scheme' to support the candidates belonging to the economically weaker sections (EWS) financially. The Chief Minister of Haryana has announced that the government will provide financial assistance to the EWS candidates who will qualify the Prelims exam of UPSC or Haryana Civil Services (HCS) or Judicial Services exam to further their preparation without any financial constraints. The CM has announced that the candidates will get support of around ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 75,000 depending on the annual family income of the family. The financial support will be paid as part of their coaching fee.

Who is Eligible to get the Benefit under the Scheme?
The candidates who want to avail the benefit under the Chief Minister Youth Talent Encouragement Scheme must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Resident: The candidate must be a resident of Haryana.

Annual Family Income: The annual family income should be less than or equal to ₹ 5 lakh.

The benefits of the scheme means the financial benefits which depend upon the annual family income of an EWS candidate. The annual family income of a candidate must be less than or equal to ₹ 5 lakh. The amount varies as the annual family income bracket varies.
