Eligibility Criteria for AGM, JGM, DGM and other Job

Educational Qualification and Age Limit:

• Additional General Manager/S&T (E-6): Full time Graduate degree with not less than 60% marks from reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE in any of the following specializations:

1. Electrical Engineering
2. Electronics Engineering
3. Electrical & Electronics Engineering
4. Electronics & Communication Engineering
5. Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
6. Instrumentation & Control Engineering
7. Computer Science Preferably having full time degree in ME/ M.Tech in relevant field.

• Joint General Manager/S&T (E-5): Full time Graduate degree with not less than 60% marks from reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE in any of the following specializations:

1. Electrical Engineering
2. Electronics Engineering
3. Electrical & Electronics Engineering
4. Electronics & Communication Engineering
5. Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
6. Instrumentation & Control Engineering
7. Computer Science Preferably having full time degree in ME/ M.Tech in relevant field.

• General Manager/S&T (E-4): Full time Graduate degree with not less than 60% marks from reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE in any of the following specializations:

1. Electrical Engineering
2. Electronics Engineering
3. Electrical & Electronics Engineering
4. Electronics & Communication Engineering
5. Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
6. Instrumentation & Control Engineering

• Manager/S&T (E-3): Full time Graduate degree with not less than 60% marks from reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE in any of the following specializations:

5. Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering

Salary:

• Additional General Manager/S&T (E-6): ₹ 90000-₹ 240000 + allowances + PRP (IDA)
• Joint General Manager/S&T (E-5): ₹ 80000-₹ 220000 + allowances + PRP (IDA)
• General Manager/S&T (E-4): ₹ 70000–₹ 200000 + allowances + PRP (IDA)
• Manager/S&T (E-3): ₹ 60000-₹ 180000 + allowances + PRP (IDA)
• Manager/S&T (E-2): ₹ 50000–₹ 160000 + allowances + PRP (IDA)
• Assistant Manager/S&T (E-1): ₹ 40000–₹ 140000 + allowances + PRP (IDA)
