Educational Qualification for Inspector of Drugs Posts:
Candidate should have a degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences/Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from any university. The candidate must have adequate knowledge of at least one official language of the state of Assam, except candidates belonging to Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Dima Hasao Autonomous Council. Preference will be given to those candidates are having good academic qualifications and experience in handling legal matters.
Age limit: 21- 38 years (upper age relaxable 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC/MOBC and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category of candidates as per government norms.
Pay Scale: Rs. 22,000 - 87,000/- per month with Grade Pay of Rs. 11500/- per month plus other allowances as applicable.
