National Institute of Hydrology invited applications for 01 post of Research Associate and JRF each. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format through a Walk-In-Interview on 27 March 2017 at 11:00 AM.
For the post of Research Associate an applicant must hold a Ph.D. or [M.Sc. with 3 years of research/teaching experience with at least one research paper in Science Citation lndexed (SCl) journal] in (Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ Bioscience/Biotechnology/Earth Sciences/Geology). Preference will be given to candidates who have Publications in reputed journals and research experience in ecology/biodiversity/water quality/ EFR/advanced instrumental techniques.
For the post of JRF Post Graduate Degree in basic sciences (Chemistry/Environmental Science / Bioscience/Biotechnology/Earth Sciences/Geology) with NET qualification OR Graduate Degree in Professional Course B.Tech. (Civil/ Agriculture/Environment) with NET/GATE qualification OR Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course M.Tech. (Civil/Agriculture/Environment/ Water Resources/Hydrology/ Remote sensing/GIS/ Geoinformatics). Preference will be given to candidates having M. Phil./M.Tech. in any of the above branches or research experience on ecology / biodiversity/water quality/EFR / advanced instrumental techniques.
Eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format and appear for a Walk-In-Interview along with other necessary documents. The date of the interview is March 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM and the venue of the interview is National Institute of Hydrology, Roorke.
