National Institute of Open Schooling invited application for the recruitment to the post of Secretary, Deputy Director, Assistant Audit Officer and E.D.P. Supervisor. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 05 May 2017.
Secretary Candidates should be from All India Services and organized Group A Services holding analogous posts on regular basis or 5 years regular service in the scale of 15600-39100 + G.P 7600 (Pre-revised Rs 12000-375-16500). Should have knowledge of Govt. of India Rules & Regulation regarding Administrative & Service Matters, Finance & Accounts and Legal Matters. Working knowledge of Hindi/English and computers and Second class Master’s degree with 55% marks or, PG Degree/Diploma in Management.
Deputy Director (Administration) post candidate should have At least second class Master’s Degree with 55% marks. 2. 5 years of regular service in the scale of 15600-39100 with G.P 6600(pre-revised 10000-325-15200) or 10 years of regular service in the scale of 15600-39100 with G.P 5400(pre-revised Rs. 8000-275-13500) in any two of the following fields. i) Experience in Administration, Finance, Legal Matters ii) Conduct of Public examinations at the Board or University level.
Deputy Director (Accounts) post candidate should have On deputation from IA & AS or various central Government Accounts Services holding analogous posts or posts in the scale of 15600-39,100 with G.P 6,600 (Pre-revised 10000- 325-15200) with 5 years’ service in the grade on regular basis or 8 years in the grade of 15600- 39,100 with G.P 5,400 (Pre-revised 8000-13500). Working knowledge of Hindi/English and Computers.
Assistant Audit Officer post candidate should have 5 Years’ experience in Accounts/Audit in a Government/ Autonomous Organization in the scale of 9,300-34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,500-9,000) or 6 years in the pay scale of 9,300-34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,000-8,000) or 8 years in the pay scale of 5,200-20,200 with G.P 2,800 (Pre-revised 4,500-7,000). Working knowledge of computer operations and working knowledge of Hindi / English.
EDP Supervisor post candidate should have Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with post graduate diploma in computer application/hardware engineering or its equivalent from a recognized institution. 2. 3 Years experience in programming and system Development in reputed big firms.
